Golf Fitness Training:
Helping your golf swing cope with your body
Improve the efficiency of your golf swing by having your body analyzed in 8 different, yet integral, movement patterns. Then learn exercises to address and correct each area that may be at fault. As your swing improves, we can strengthen those important muscles! Each participant will have an individual assessment for pre- and post-class comparison.
Offered: 2 sessions/week for 8 weeks
Do you ever wonder how you can increase your jumping ability? We offer classes to emphasize how high and how far you can jump. We will perform a comprehensive examination looking at your range of motion, strength, flexibility, and jumping ability. Then allow us to take you through a multiple-week class to improve your jumping abilities.
For athletes across the lifespan! Improve your ability to move quickly away from defenders, avoid tackles, and prevent injuries all at the same time. You will never be bored or sitting too long as we use a variety of agility training techniques to improve your quickness AND improve your cardiovascular output.
Offered: 1-2 sessions/week for 8 weeks
We have designed a program meant to help members of the local running community learn about the importance of the correct running technique and how to prevent injuries caused by poor training methods and improper technique. Information is provided by Dr. Stephen Reischl P.T., D.P.T., O.C.S., a physical therapist since 1977 and Adjunct Associate Professor at USC. The use of the most up-to-date video analysis software is incorporated into the session.
To gain a competitive advantage, athletes across the world are using high-speed video analysis techniques to improve their performance. Using our Dartfish video analysis software we are able to breakdown our clients' technique and offer our expertise to help increase speed, quickness, agility, strength and improve technique and overall performance.

FIT 4 YOU Boot Camp

FIT 4 YOU Boot Camp is designed to accommodate clients of varying fitness levels at the same time. Our program is made to be affordable, modifiable for each client, safe, challenging and most of all, FUN!
Variety and Fun are the staples of our program. We provide routines that are always changing. A combination of new and traditional ways of doing strength and conditioning exercises, cardio, pilates, aerobics, agility, plyometrics, core training, interval training, circuit training and stretching are incorporated into each one hour session.
We are holding classes Monday & Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30 pm, Friday 5:00 to 6:00 pm. Call for pricing and descriptions of the different classes being held that month.
