Stephen F. Reischl - P.T., D.P.T., O.C.S.

Stephen F. Reischl, P.T., D.P.T., O.C.S. earned his Physical Therapy degree from California State University, Northridge in 1977. Along with the orthopaedic board certification in 1992, he completed a post professional education program at the University of Southern California earning a Master of Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 1997. He is known nationally for his physical therapy management of foot and ankle disorders. He is the former President of the Foot and Ankle Special Interest Group (FASIG), a component of the Orthopaedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association. The Orthopaedic Section of the APTA.

Susan K. Reischl - P.T., D.P.T., O.C.S.

Susan K. Reischl, P.T., D.P.T., O.C.S., earned her Physical Therapy degree from California State University, Northridge. Along with the board certification in orthopedics 1995, she received a BS degree from UCLA in Kinesiology in 1977. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009 from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professionals. Susan has held a variety of offices in her association and treats people with a wide array of diagnoses; especially in the area of spinal dysfunction and ergonomics.

Wilfred Diaz, P.T., D.P.T., O.C.S. received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2002. He then attended the University of Southern California, receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2006. While at USC he received the Honor of the Golden Cane award. This is the highest honor awarded to graduates demonstrating outstanding accomplishments in a variety of professional areas. Wilfred also became a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist in 2010. Wilfred regularly attends courses to stay up to date on the latest treatments and research, and helps patients with most all orthopaedic diagnoses. Wilfred grew up playing water polo, swimming, surfing, and is a Los Angeles County Ocean Lifeguard. This has led him to work with many aquatic athletes, both at the competitive and recreational level. He remains active in the local aquatic culture as swim coach with SWIM Long Beach. Wilfred is fluently bilingual in Spanish and English.

Carlos Moreno - P.T., D.P.T., N.C.S. 

Carlos Moreno, P.T., D.P.T., N.C.S. is a board certified clinical specialist in neurologic physical therapy. He has over 10 years of clinical experience and worked in the Memorial Health Care system treating individuals with neurologic and vestibular disorders across the continuum of care (acute rehabilitation to outpatient settings).  While there, he exclusively worked in the Acute Brain Injury and Stroke Rehabilitation Units where he was exposed to the overwhelming prevalence of dizziness and imbalance in these populations.  He went on to lead the hospital’s outpatient Balance and Vestibular Clinic and expanded the role of physical therapy in the hospital and emergency room by implementing bedside vestibular and oculomotor exams and providing vestibular rehabilitation to aide in the differential diagnosis process and treatment of vertiginous patients.  He completed the American Physical Therapy Association sponsored Competency in Vestibular Rehabilitation course at Emory University. He is also an adjunct professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Mount Saint Mary’s University, where he leads classes in neuroscience and vestibular rehabilitation.  Dr. Moreno completed his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at California State University Long Beach before completing his post-professional Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Western University of Health Sciences.  

Brian Lee- P.T., D.P.T, C.S.C.S.

Dr. Brian Lee, P.T., D.P.T., C.S.C.S., joined Reischl Physical Therapy in 2018. Brian received his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2016, and his Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from the University of California Berkeley in 2013. He is currently certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and by the Titleist Performance Institute as a Medical and Fitness Instructor (TPI). During his time at USC, Brian had the opportunity to work in Athletic Medicine and collaborate with sports medicine physicians, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning specialists, and coaches, and saw the value of a team approach. Through TPI, Brian has been trained to evaluate and train golfers across the movement spectrum, from individuals who are looking to prevent injury, to those who looking to take their game to the next level. His vision is to blend research, sport, and health to maximize an individual's movement potential. He is currently preparing for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) exam.

Alexander Chan - P.T., D.P.T.

Alexander Y. Chan P.T, D.P.T joined Reischl Physical Therapy in 2019.  Alex earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 2019, and a Bachelors of Art in Sociology from University of California - Riverside in 2010.  During his time in physical therapy school, he found a passion for orthopedics and the importance of a holistic approach to achieve the best outcomes for his patients.  Throughout his clinical experience, he has learned how important movement is for quality of life, and he will help patient’s achieve that with an individualized plan of care.

Delci Eschberger - P.T.A. 

Delci Eschberger, P.T.A received her AA for Physical Therapist Assistant in 2018 from Stanbridge University in Irvine. Prior, she received her B.S in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State in 2011. She was an avid dancer from the age of 4 and a member of the San Diego State Dance Team. She is a certified Pilates Instructor through BASI Pilates and enjoys incorporating Pilates techniques into her treatments

Alma - Office Manager

Alma has been with Reischl Physical Therapy since August, 2008. She started at the front desk and has quickly worked her way into our billing department. She earned her Medical Clerical Certificate in 2002.

Isis - Billing Office

Isis joined Reischl Physical Therapy in May 2017. She completed her medical billing and coding certification in 2014. She speaks Spanish and English. She is a part of the front office and Billing Department. 


Cristal - Billing Office

Cristal started with Reischl Physical Therapy in May of 2017. She recently earned her certificate in Medical Billing and Coding. She is currently working at the front desk and looking to work her way up into the billing office.


Citlali - Front Desk

Citlali is  currently in Nursing school. She is also a registered EMT and aspires to become a Nurse Practitioner one day.

Brianna - Physical Therapy Aide

Brianna is currently pursing her degree in Kinesiology and a minor in dance. She has been working as an aide at Reischl Physical Therapy since December, 2008. She intends to pursue a career in Physical Therapy.


Kat - Physical Therapy Aide

Graduated from CSULB with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science. I enjoy traveling, learning, and experiencing new places and things that life has to offer. I am preparing to apply to Physical Therapy school in the 2019 cycle

Jamie - Physical Therapy Aide

Jamie received her B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy in May 2018 from California State University, San Diego. She plans on applying to PT school next year.

McKenzie - Physical Therapy Aide

McKenzie is planning to graduate from CSULB next Spring with her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. Afterwards, she plans to continue her education at a Physical Therapy School to become a Pediatric PT. She is very excited to be gaining more experience in a field that she loves here at Reischl Physical Therapy.

Sennica - Physical Therapy Aide

Sennica received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an Option in Rehabilitation and Therapeutic Exercises in May 2019. She intends on apply to schools in next year after fulfilling some prerequisite classes. She is excited to be working at Reischl Physical Therapy!

Ryan - Physical Therapy Aide

Ryan received his Bachelor of Health Science in Health and Wellness from Arizona State University 2017. He has experience in both coaching and managment. Ryan is passionate about promoting healthy behaviors and helping others improve their quality of life.
